일반인 뮤지션 정세영의 원 맨 프로젝트 Watts The Matter가 1년 만에 두번째 싱글 「Dwarf」 를 발표. 70-90년대 하드락 역사에서 가장 흔하고 중요한 헤비 백 비트 리듬과 단순한 기타 리프. 시간이 흐르면 주변의 무엇인가를 자꾸 잃어가고 죽음/소멸에 다가가는 존재와 삶에 대한 절망 가득한 노래.
